半年多前，NIH Score R21 好不容易拿了17分，去年十月份concil meeting 也开完了。
但是和program mangaer联系一直没有回音。
这种情况是怎么样处理呢？JIT也没有动力弄了，没意思了。

现在是年初，线很严格，等国会把今年的钱定了才行，估计要到6月才会出个像样点的线

Did you look at your ERA common? If it is 17%, then you are out of luck.
If it is IF of 17, it should be funded. Or you are in the study section
that every single grant needs to be re-reviewed.
