I have no doubt that xxx's future research will result in many more
exceptional contributions to the development of neurorestorative therapies
for the *** area. I can assuredly say that he is capable of delivering
substantially superior contributions than the majority of researches in his
field of endeavor. He is a brilliant researcher and will be an invaluable
asset to the scientific community. If these contributions are lost through
his absence, scientific advancements in this field will forfeit considerable
potential benefits. Consequently, I wholly support his petition for
permanent residency as an alien with outstanding ability. ”
主要是不知道“future”和“will”是不是不合适?
多谢大家!

1. Since you are applying for EB1b, you want to put spotlight on your
achievements before making "predictions" (will, future, etc.)
2. Change "neurorestorative therapies" to layman's words.
3. If in the main text there too are many such jargons, revamp the letter.
4. "Extraordinary" > "..." > "Exceptional". For EB1b, your phrases should
be where "..." is.
