我也住VA,不过我在现在地方住了快3年了,只需要提前一个月通知,然后250刀deposit拿
不回来.我有个同事住了1年不到,需要付钱到lease结束为止

You have to tell everything. Concealing past working experiences (or degrees
) is lying as serious as to not saying the truth. There were cases where
people concealed their higher degree to get a lower qualified job but later
fired.
The hiring company may or may not find that experience in background check
but you have to bet your luck on it. And again bet your luck on how the
company treats such case.
To me, this is some risk which I can't weight with confidence so I'd like to
avoid. But different people have different risk tolerance. Nothing is
impossible. it's all your choice.
