对比了一下几个律师的Agreement,发现一个付费的细节问题：
有的写的是：
Client agrees to pay xxxx Dollars ($x,000.00)
for legal services. The legal fees shall be
paid as follows: Upon the execution of the
Agreement, Client pays xxxx Dollars ($y000.00)
flat attorney fees to Attorney as initial fee.
If the immigration petition (I-140) is approved
by the USCIS, Client must immediately pay xxxx
Dollars ($z000.00) to Attorney.
有的写的是：
Client agrees to pay xxxx Dollars ($y000.00)
for Attorney’s legal services in preparation
and filing of EB-1A I-140 application, and
another xxxx Dollars ($z000) upon approval of
this application.
区别在于第一种的第一句话“Client agrees to pay xxxx
Dollars ($x,000.00) for legal services.”似乎这里
在付的总费用没有附加任何条件，不知道这种细节区别在有纠纷
的情况下是否会产生影响？
