得你和她交流是真心的、是没有特别动机的，不是为了“套近乎”。
聊天内容：孩子的表现，老师对于孩子有什么要求，有什么可以帮助老师做的。
聊天形式：面对面简短聊天，不要写电子邮件，一来老师未必有空看，二来电子邮件太
冷冰冰了。

说的好。不过电子邮件也不都是冷冰冰，每个老师对电子邮件的喜爱程度也不一样。有
的老师也会在邮件里聊天。当然当面简短聊聊更好。
还可以给娃们带点玩的。记得班上有个啥活动，有个grandma带了大大的气球给孩子们
，孩子们特别兴奋。别的娃记住了你家娃的家长，你家娃在别的娃心里就会 stand out

我娃没上过。不过给我的感觉那是比较严肃的学校，那里的老师不是保姆。

(1) 记住老师的名字,每次打招呼用名字, "Good morning, Miss xx".
(2) 聊娃的表现, 比如, 她吃了早上的SNACK没有? 有没有和别的娃SOCIAL, 老师读故
事的时候她认真听了没有? (是不是attentive, participating).
(3) 每天DROP OFF的时候呆几分中, 和老师讲几句话. 走的时候打招呼.
