办绿卡前签了协议说是拿到卡2年内走都要赔款，但是条款上又说exclude perm
related costs. 现在我perm还没开始办，已经离开了，前几天收到公司的信说要我赔
偿2，400左右的perm 律师费，不然就交给collection company处理。
我很生气就写了封信给hr,大意就是律师及其不负责，大半年都没把job description给
我弄出来，还各种出错，居然还要收那么多钱，而且这部分的钱法律上也不该我负责
但是现在很怕公司无耻到会继续给collection,请问我能做什么呢？
真的无语了，还是个大公司办事这样

否则就是乱指，而iphone，ipad几乎从不需要刻度。难到硬件原理不同，发生太多次了
，不像是我的错觉。

我记得perm必须公司出钱的，这个应该可以找到官方文件
你140还没file的话应该不需要自己掏钱的

对的，我也找到相关文件了，挂号信寄给hr了，关键是不知道他们会不会脸皮厚到继续
去要。我们公司的hr也是national的，专门负责移民类的，从来没见过。。。
我的perm都还没file,光那个job description chart他们就各种出错，百分比怎么加都
不等于1。。。还好意思开口就要那么多

两码事，perm公司出钱是指员工正常工作情况下，必须公司出钱。现在他签了协议，由
于跳槽，赔偿公司法律费用，虽然公司很猥琐，这应该是合法的。我想官方文件不会无

雇主要支付的：employers to pay the costs of preparing, filing and obtaining
labor certifications
雇主可以不用支付的：an alien may pay his or her own legitimate costs in the
permanent labor certification process, including attorneys’ fees for
representation of the alien.
140和485也不是雇主一定支付的。
Another provision of the DOL final rule is the prohibition in new 20 CFR 656
.12 of the
sale, barter or purchase of permanent labor certifications and applications.
The DOL final rule
requires employers to pay the costs of preparing, filing and obtaining labor
certifications. An
employer’s transfer to the alien beneficiary of the employer’s costs
incurred in the labor
certification or application process will be prohibited by DOL, though the
DOL final rule does
allow an alien may pay his or her own legitimate costs in the permanent
labor certification
process, including attorneys’ fees for representation of the alien. The
sale, barter or purchase
prohibition does not extend to fees paid for the filing of Form I-140
petitions and other
relating applications, such as Form I-485 adjustment applications that are
filed with USCIS or
after the approval of the labor certification application or for the payment
of legal fees for
representation in immigrant visa petition proceedings before USCIS.

综上，也就是说律师费，雇主可以不承担让你来支付。
