Floodsmart.gov says "You live in or near a Special Flood Hazard Area" and
the risk is "High".
But Floodsource.com says "This property is NOT in a 100-year flood plain and
flood insurance is not required. However, you are approximately 199ft. from
a flood zone ".
Seller's disclosure says not in flood zone. Which one should I believe?
