楼主或许有机会。已经有人报道拿了EAD/AP参与降级直接拿绿卡，根据中国人爱闹集体
癔症的现象，说不定EB2就会大跃进，因为那些排在你前面的485会通过降级清掉。

我随便搜了一个。我确实是记得快过21岁的申请者可以申请加急，不走标准程序。
Q6. Can my child, who is nearing 21 years old, be issued a visa before he
turns 21?
If visa numbers are available for you (or your visa case becomes current for
processing) and your child is aging out (or turning 21), we are prepared to
expedite the processing of the application. However, it is still the
applicant's responsibility to complete the application requirements in a
timely manner. U.S. immigration law requires that visa applications be
strictly processed according to priority date because of the limited number
of visas available worldwide. This means the U.S. Embassy or Mumbai
Consulate will not process visa applications until priority dates are
current.
If you plan to immigrate to the United States with your children, or to have
your children join you in the United States later, you must prove that your
children are:
•Unmarried
•Eligible to be listed under your visa classification, and
•Under the age of 21 at the time they enter the United States

现在终于明白一点儿了，我在学校工作，我是2012年2月份递交I-140，2012年5月底批
准的，总共3个月吧，这样的话，按现在的进度，我的排期还有三年，那时我孩子是22
岁2个月，再减去我的140pending的时间（3个月），我孩子实际22岁2个月-3个月=21岁
11个月，还是超过21岁了呀。如果是这样的话，我该怎么办？谢谢。

我基本搞清楚了，再过一年多（确切地说一年9个月）我要是不能递交485的话，我的孩
子就不能跟我一起拿绿卡了。如果是这样的话，我的孩子岂不是跟我一样走同样的拿绿

哎，虽然两年了，我的硬件提高了很少啊，原来英文文章4篇（2篇一作），中文文章7
篇（均为一作），原来英文文章引用20，中文文章引用32,。现在英文文章12篇（3篇一
作）。现在英文文章引用68（主要是自引），中文文章引用37（均为他引）。再就是最
近有一篇3作的文章被作为那个期刊（影响因子是5点几吧）的封面了。还有就是这两年
多发了有20篇的国际会议摘要（只有3个是一作，这个没什么用吧？）这就是所有的改
善了。两年前递交EB1a的时候，移民官认可了publication和review。没有承认
outstanding。感觉现在要是在递交的话还是不承认outstanding啊。真是郁闷啊。

1. 再找另外的律师包装一下。从你的硬件提高看，封面和国际会议可以做文章。再
online search一下你参加的国际会议，有没有关于你的文章、poster的任何报道，同
时把这些会议的重要性吹嘘，表明你在outstanding的国际会议上有重要意义。再查查
有没有你参与的任何文章里的作者被访问，如果他们提到了你或者你的贡献，也会加分。
