鬼几天要出去租车，想用USAA吧underage fee给免掉，然后我申请了个USAA的online
account（填了passport no和SSN），但没有申他家的checking，给了个USAA number，
请问这样就算是member了吗，在counter要查的时候出示什么？

冬天搬进新家的，现在天气暖和了，终于看出来前后院有哪些植物了。有好几棵玫瑰，
都挺大的，其中一棵有七八ft. 问题是去年的死花都还在上面。我需不需要都剪掉这些
死花？如果不剪，会有什么后果？
我花了一天时间才剪完小半棵，看着剩下几颗玫瑰树，有种无尽头的感觉了。

read it carefully. OPT after five years in F-1 are no longer exempt unless
you meet two conditions(which you don't). That is, after 5 years in F-1 (
many PhD graduates starting their OPT are in this situation), you file as
resident for tax purposes and can survive the IRS audit saying you are not.
