一直以为，提起黑暗料理，最出名的要数英国的各大传统“美食”，但果然我还是想太

因为想在冬天前买好房,但又因为首付国内赞助一部分,需要等两个月,所以问问大家每
个步骤的顺序和时间.看看我下面写的对吗？
下offer,到offer accepted 一周?
一般是不是给45天close？
然后是先做inspection，再做loan呢？还是同时做？
如果先做inspection，到完成，需要多少天？
然后是不是需要提前30天就找好lender，做loan？
中间还需要什么步骤吗？谢谢！

每次offer有效期就两天，来回划价多少天没准。
inspection就一天。
loan如果不需要等低利率也很快。

deadlines
30 days usually a little bit short, 45 should be enough, but note: usually
you can only lock rate for 30 days (or shorter for better rate), so you

其实都还可以。bing就喜欢把不认识的像人名的词(大写打头）给直接音译了
