Curious about the rule/priority to approve 485 (and issue green card),
My understanding is, for all cases of the same category (EB2, or EB3), once
filing 485, the approval sequence all depends on the 485 Receive date (or
Notice Date), and has nothing to do with the PD, regardingless native EB-3
or downgrade Eb-3 from Eb-2.
Is this correct?

but they have hundreds if not thousands of workers
each one has different speed
assignment to adjudication does not happen in the early stage
