今天1点电话，tier1基本上是重复网上信息，都听完了，礼貌的问我可以要求转到tier
2 吗？她确认是要next level customer service representative 吗。我说是。然后
选择了callback.大概50分种，电话过来，是一个有印度口音的男的，问了姓名，出生
，地址后，告诉485还在处理当中，你知道你的时间还在正常范围等等。然后我回答我
明白，但可以请你帮我看看这个case 在哪个stage 吗？是不是背景调查完成了。他让
我onhold，说做下investigation。然后1分钟后，告诉我我的case已经assign to
officer那了。但是接着说：Sir, you should know that the officer has up to 170
days to adjucidate your case. 我说我明白。然后问能否帮我催下我作为主申请人
的EAD/AP,副申请人的上周批准了，他的回复：you should know that we don't treat
family as one,all cases are considered seperate case and EAD/AP takes 90
days to process and you are only 60 days.
第一次给他们电话。也不知道这个意味着什么。也不知道我问清楚了没有，还是他的回
答不清楚。

即使系统disable了screen rotation，youtube播放视频时候还是要旋转。躺在床上基
本没法看。
有啥办法搞一下？

I got a call back from a female tier 2 officer today. She said she could
only tell my I-1485 was still pending. I asked about the status of my
background check and she said she couldn't see anything. Was she simply
reluctant to release the information?

很正常，重新打过，换个人可能就给你不同的信息了。
