* BS degree in computer science or related discipline plus 1-5 years of
experience (or) MS degree in computer science or related discipline plus 1
year experience.
* Define and establish policy & procedures, guidelines, and technology
standards; assess and refine aligned with future direction
* Broad technical knowledge, skills & experience
* Ability to consistently apply processes and policy and/or exercise
discretion
* Remain current with systems/technology. Sound forward thinking;
anticipates and assists in driving change in planned direction
Able to effectively apply and work with formal SDLC methods within an
enterprise environment
* Act as an internal consultant and leader in developing others; may train
and develop training
DESIRED:
* Ability to convey broad business perspective. Can build a sound business
case, convincingly and accurately portrays the view of the client, and can
guide consensus building/decision-making
* General working knowledge of high-level systems architecture, platform and
enabling technologies.
* Identify, specify and drive improvements to procedures and methods,

不在上面，就不算自引？

昨天Instagram的新条款刚出台，果然引发了delete account的狂潮。Instagram的co-
founder Kevin Systrom赶忙发了一blog“澄清”：
I’m writing this today to let you know we’re listening and to commit to
you that we will be doing more to answer your questions, fix any mistakes,
and eliminate the confusion. As we review your feedback and stories in the
press, we’re going to modify specific parts of the terms to make it more
clear what will happen with your photos.

靠，居然说“Legal documents are easy to misinterpret”？对法律条文的解释权用
啥？用blog？
一条Legal documents出台会没有review？Facebook & Intagram的reviewer和那么多专
业媒体和用户的理解就那么不一样？结果是被用户misinterpret了？
现在也没说这个条文到底改不改，以及怎么改，似乎要根据用户和媒体的反应来决定。
感觉就是戳你一下，你要忍了就它就继续戳你，你要暴跳如雷了，它就稍微收敛一点。
。。

楼主真欠啊，
做个Refer把自己搞的好像manager一样，还什么不要说谎，一看就是对同胞不信任。其
次，办个H1好像不得了了，还如果是H1的话就要编程强什么什么的，你们公司是造诺亚
方舟的吗那么拽？第三，最狗血的地方，你说公司没中国人所以口语要好？？！！这原
因让我蛋岁，我都不想说什么了。只能说楼主以前在公司都说中文，现在在的公司没中
国人楼主便说英文且觉得很了不起了。
最后，推荐连个公司名都没有，而且感觉楼主事又多，这样的推荐看着真让人不喷不快
。

I've sent a few candidates to the interviewers. They are pretty happy with
the candidates. Looks like it maybe filled soon.

不是他花版权费，是他要靠卖用户的信息以及content(照片）挣钱，是他要收版权费。
。。
web 2.0公司的一个囧境就是，当初的理念是用户既是内容的使用者，也是内容的创造
者，现在web 2.0公司想把这些内容据为己有。。。
