已经cancel 一个月了，转到了别人的family plan下，也换了号码的。信用卡还在自
动收钱。打电话过去，吭吭哧哧磨叽半天，承认确实多收了一个月，但是说公司的
policy就是不退款，只能refund 到现在的family Plan里面。当时就火大开骂了。
“what's this idiotic policy? this is fucking ridiculous! just refund the
fucking money! do you want to get sued? "
"I am sorry, what?"
"I said just refund, the , fucking, money。”
“hold on , I have to talk to my supervisor" 5 min's holding later, he came
back said he will refund the money.
I asked his full name, a email to me indicating the account is closed and
refund is done. and then he wished me happy holidays.
