We'd like to share some important news with you. On January 9, 2013, Old
National Bank agreed to purchase select Bank of America banking centers.
While the purchase is subject to regulatory approval, your accounts listed
below will become Old National Bank accounts on July 12, 2013.
Please rest assured we will work closely with Old National Bank to ensure a
smooth and accurate transition of your accounts.
Any new account(s) opened between now and July 12, 2013 could also transfer
to Old National Bank. In the weeks ahead, Old National Bank will send you
detailed information about your new account(s) and services, and any actions
you may need to take. In addition:
You may receive more than one of these notices if you have accounts with
different owners, addresses or Social Security Numbers.
As of July 12, 2013, Old National Bank will be the new custodian of
Individual Retirement Accounts moving to them.
Accounts moving to Old National Bank will no longer be eligible for Add it
Up®1 as of July 12, 2013. Deposit accounts linked to BankAmeriDeals
174;2 will be ineligible to receive cash back as of July 12, 2013. The Keep
the Change®3 service will end on July 1, 2013.
Your checking account listed above will no longer be associated with Pink
Ribbon Banking as of July 12, 2013, and Susan G. Komen will no longer
benefit from the account. To continue supporting this organization, visit
www.komen.org.

services, Merrill Lynch investment accounts, and U.S. Trust and Merrill
Lynch Wealth Management personal and business deposit accounts.
