My receipt date for EAP application is July 8, EAP approval date is Sept 19.
I haven't heard anything about AP yet.
And also, I just called FBI background check, they said the check was
completed on Aug 2. What does that mean? What should I do next?

新政策，如果是同时申请ap和ead，就会有combo卡。

That is not true.
I filed I-140 + I-485 + I-131 + I-765 together. I received EAD
in mid August and it is not a combo card.

My EAD and AP were approved in early August. I received
my EAD in mid August and no AP.
I checked online and it said that on Sept 30, USCIS sent me
approval notice of my AP....
So you are not alone.
