要看是什么地方的slab啊，沉降（settlement）是个慢过程，只要结构不受影响，问题
不是很大。但是地下室外墙(特别是室外地面以下部分)如果因为沉降引起裂缝，可能会
有漏水的问题。是否可以修，费用多少也要看是什么地方的slab, google "Slab
jacking/Mud jacking/Grout injection"

多谢，，就一层的老转房子，没地下室。是在family room里面的水泥地有一点下陷，
没有发现墙上有裂缝。评估的人说可能没问题，但是最好找专人来看看。多谢，我
google一下看看。

舊版iphone不就是便宜iphone了嗎？
除非這個便宜iphone造假真的便宜到比運作多年的舊iphone生產線更便宜很多很多
否則看不出為什麼要重新設計一個所謂的便宜iphone

太搞笑了，50刀的one v用pageplus，一年100刀足够了。塑料的ip5还要450刀，做梦吧
