关机和开机都没有类似问题
最近restart一直都是几分钟都没反应，只见到4个小点在那里转来转去，只能强行按关
机键关机
刚刚网上查了一下，发现是win8非常常见的问题，很多人都遇到同样的事情
这问题有解吗？

yes, happened to me a couple of times on only one machine, others are fine.
Before I made up my mind to re-install the OS, it recovered, every time....
Any comination of the following a few times...
1) let it run > 10 min
2) force shutdown and restart
Searched on the web, people mentioned that you need to scan and fix the hard
-drive.

Before I made up my mind to re-install the OS, it recovered, every time....
Any comination of the following a few times...

我在all apps下没有看到磁盘碎片整理，还有磁盘清理
难道win8都没有这些常用系统程序了？？

请问如果想在all apps下找到这些程序，怎么找？
现在没有开始菜单了，所有东西只能去metro下找

不管是win 7还是8，用肉眼找程序都蛋疼，不要说你在win 7下面找defrag是一层层菜
单找的。
win 8 不管是桌面还是metro，都可以Win+W,Q,X等等。
