给的offer有可能会被房主接受，正考虑loan的事情，信用很好。联系了本地银行（我
的账户都在这个银行）和一个外地的broker，发现说的利率都是 4.125% （30年，no
points)，broker给的closing costs的估计只比银行低$500左右。这个正常吗？还是
broker提供的应该更好一些？

铃声可以修改，今天下了个铃声号称男人必备，打开一听，“爷爷，孙子给你来电话了”
结果第一个来电话的就是我一不太喜欢的人。。。
想把那些提示音也该了，比如短信，比如邮件提醒，有办法么？
还有个问题，能不能给不同联系人选不同的铃音呢？
顺便给用920的推荐几个应用，
一个是“桌面瓷砖编辑”，可以自己自定义瓷砖，相当好玩。
一个是“贴春联”，可以在920上面显示春联，很有过节气氛～～～

Broker应该可以提供更低的利率。

I think that's for less than 420K.

still, it's crazy. I am doing >417k for new home purchase (SFH), and my
broker said she "worked very very hard" to get a 4.25%! After I settled, I
won't recommend this broker to anyone else.

The rate is depends on a lot factors, like when, where,amount, credit score,
downpayment and lock how long etc.
Anyway, 4.25% (purchase loan rate) for today is really not good.

每个人和每个人都有不同的情况，不能单单用一个利率来做比较。

That's true. Even though this is not our first time buying a house, we still
could not figure out all the ins and outs. This stuff is crazy.
