485一起占用名额吗？如果真的还有4,568的PD在201/4/1 PD之前，这是不是意味要等

cover一盖上就自动关屏幕。似乎要4个角都贴近cover才会关

CP case 是直接用485×6.191估计出来的，用的是下面的这个假设：
Add consular processing cases to the total (～86.1%), your place in line is
roughly 4568.

Thanks for the link. it says "A FIR below the initial rate means that if the
