Sorry that I can't type chinese now.
I guess most people already checked newly updated inventory data (by Apr
2014) posted on USCIS webiste. I found it so confusing and, most importantly
, it DID NOT make ANY sense!
For EB2, within 3 months (Jan-Apr), grand total ONLY decreased from 4658 to
4446.
For EB3, within 3 months (Jan-Apr), grand total increased from 873 to
2986.
1. USCIS only approved 200-250 EB2 GCs for 3 months? There shouldn't be too
many (if any) newly submitted EB2 I-485s whose PDs are before May 2010. Then
why some numbers for several months in Apr inventory increased compared to
Jan inventory? For example, Jan 2010 increased from 222 to 228, March 2010
increased from 228 to 247.
2. Another weird thing is how come there are 470 and 528 for EB3 in May 2012
and Aug 2012, respectively? This is definitely BS! Is it even possible to
have that many I-485s in just a single month? Or perhaps these numbers
include both original EB3 and EB2-EB3?
3. I am just afraid that "Ao Ben" will be misled by this crappy inventory
data and not give us enough quota for EB2 in this fisical year. Is there a
way to warn him that he should move the dates quicker for EB2? Otherwise,
those waste VISA numbers will be forced to go to "San Ren" again.
I just hope all chinese people, both EB2 and EB3, will get their GC quicker
and quicker.

You need to look at the monthly demand data - the cut off date decision is
made based on it.
The latest inventory data do not make sense, but don't know why.
USCIS did not provide monthly demand data for April, May and June. It is
odd. Demand data will tell how much cut off should move forward.

Thanks much for your reply! I have kept watching for demand data but USCIS
did not provide it for the past couple of months and they even deleted one
which was also a weido at that time.
