6月出(7,8号的样子)
公司给提交了
跟公司要case#说没有
跟我说check已经cash了什么别担心, 要是不成功肯定不能cash
(关键我不明白这个什么check cash了是什么意思)
过几天就有case#
请问这我这到底占坑了吗??

是的，也就是说USCIS开始受理你的Case了，我的check是6月6号cash的，然后我是6月
11号收到receipt notice的，估计你的也快了，总要给人家邮递员时间的！

再问一下求个心安.
这意思是不是USCIS只有在名额没用完之前才会受理case, cash check?

软软应该拆分。直接hold一个office/windows部门就
行了。反正ms这个名声也不值钱了，说不定还是负资产。
还不如把底下做的大多数知识产权全部收上来，然后分出去
给员工开小公司或者对外拍卖，估计能20%控股上百家小公司。

and the uncertainty --- apple beats Samsung in the court, they have even
shallower pocket than Samsung. The license fee is rather a hidden import tax

Google is the owner of android OS, if these patents hold any water, could
you explain why MS does not go directly after Google? Wouldn't it be more
lucrative and efficient than nickle biting those non-US based cellphone
manufacturers?

Nonsense. If android did violate MS patents, MS can and shall get
compensation based on the damage done, no matter whether Google sells the
OS or not.
The only reason MS did not go this route is when MS tried this on B&N, it
ended paying 300 m to settle the case out of court. The value of MS patents?
Negative in millions!

公司里真正的好东西都不去申请专利的，什么东西一旦被专利了就是完全公开的信息，
别说google，你都能去查，看完以后你自己照猫画虎写个程序自己用也没问题，但你一
旦拿它赚钱了就需要交专利费了。

光扎钱有用，中国政府的钱最多。

每年应该没有吧，不过那是现在啊。
等 android 光专利就有了这个规模，估计那些钱也就不算啥了，那时软软移动被
android 杀成那样，早完蛋了。
大公司靠专利，不长久。估计也就 motorola 的下场。

一切皆有可能，要android真这么成功，微软也可以跟亚麻一样搞一个自己的android，
bundle bing search，office android版，搞自己的marketplace，让google一点钱都
赚不了。

哈哈，好，等待微软的Windroid。
不过话说回来，说不定微软从安卓开始，放下包袱，还真有可能出个不错的产品。不过
安卓开源，这样就不能卖license了，只能拼服务了。

微软就是老流氓
其实最终这部分钱还是从用户身上掏
各个生产厂家直接把这部分费用打到成本里去了，自己利润基本不受影响
