之前就可以收，不能发好像。

short message和google voice没关系，和发送方用的系统有关。有的系统不要指定
carrier，这样google voice基本就收不到。有些不care得就能收到

是的，google voice一直就有msg，用电话发从来都可以。
但是如果是什么银行发code之类，他们用email to msg方式发，
不同carrier用的email方式不同，他们不支持google voice就
用不了。
