想问一下大家在选择mortgage lender时是不是完全以rate 和closing cost来衡量. 有
没有其它方面的考虑, 比如大银行有可能处理起来比较慢? 目前有两家银行给的quote
差不多. 一个是Wells Fargo (closing cost: 1100; 30-yr fixed: 4.125%), 另一个
是local credit union (closing cost: 700; 30-yr fixed: 4%). 不知道该选哪一个?
