1. 下载安装igo

2. 找一个最普通的支持tts的包，比如Voice_TTS_SVOX_Samantha
这个可以从igo all resolution里的igo/content/voice目录里找到

有了以上两个，你的igo在android的上应该就可以导航和tts语音读路牌号码了。
下面是进阶篇，如果你想要更好的语音效果，比如美音等，就需要下更好的tts包，

I have been using the English TTS Pro voices in the US with Q3 2012 maps. I
thank ScorpioPirate and Zervdim for their hard work. However, all of the
voices say strange things like:
"drove" instead of "drive"
"EB", "WB", "SB", "NB" instead of "East, West, South, or North Bound"
"blvd" instead of "boulevard"
"turn before the petrol station" instead of "turn before the gas station"
"Turn right onto 20 Tee H street" instead of "Turn right onto twentieth
street" or "Turn left onto 23 R D street" instead of "Turn left onto twenty-
third street".
I have successfully changed all these things, so I am posting English TTS
Pro voices for USA with improved speech patterns acceptable in the USA. Here

但你直接把这些tts包拷贝到igo目录中是无法使用的，只能在选项中看到，但无法发音
，我花了好久时间才搞明白是怎么回事，原来这些包都是为windows ce设计的，只有把
zip 文件中的 info.ini 中的关于tts_engine改下设置才可以用，具体原因如下，
Are you talking about a TTS voice file? I will assume you are and not a
Language (Program Language) file.
You must have a Nuance TTS Pro voice.zip file.
Open up your TTS {voicefile}.zip in Winrar (using another zip/rar utility
may corrupt the file).
Double click info.ini within the zip file to open it in Notepad or another
plain text editor.
Look for this line:
tts_engine="nuance_v5"
and delete it. Save the info.ini file in Notepad. Winrar will prompt you to
update the archive. Do that.
Copy the edited {voice}.zip file to your Primo Android installation (..
contentvoice).
That's all you have to do for the voice file...you have to do the rest -
have Pico/Svox/Ivona, etc- TTS installed and active on the Android device
for TTS to work in Primo.
EDIT: PS...editing a Nuance voice file in this way will make it unusable in
the WinCE version of Primo! This procedure is only for the Android version..
...don't get your files mixed up!
更好的方法是，改成如下三行，这样你就可以在各个系统中用了。

or
tts_engine="nuance_v5"
我在我的htc one x 4.1.1中试验成功了。
另外说一下，all resolution那个版本在htc one x 4.1.1 中第一次使用是全屏，但退
出再启动就不能全屏了，所以请使用最新的Primo 9.6.22.297071 - GooglePlay，只是
最新的里面没有那个Voice_TTS_SVOX_Samantha包，这个需要从老的all resolution版
本中拷过去就好了。但
Primo 9.6.22.297071 - GooglePlay对各种分辨率支持的很好。
