US (with high down payment and rate). You may wait till your H1B to be

我用了好几个月了，系统崩溃过一次。喇叭声音不好听，显示效果不炫。唯一拿得出手
的就是外形，五寸机器里就它还算雅致。另外可以三防。

in September? I will work in a university. I heard it was not the same as
regular companies in industry when applying for H1 visa.

you can start the application in July or August if your employer agrees to
do that because the whole process takes up to 3 months.

据我所知不可以，但是你可以多找几个broker问问，我问到过一个就是可以的，不过
rate肯定不会太低。
