my current agent showed some property and I've made an offer for one
property.
somehow, i don't feel very comfortable with this agent and can I change it ?
if so, what is the best procedure to do so? Thanks.

准备把手头的nook拿去换一个
需要恢复成stock rom
看到了下面这段话
For restore (note, I did not really test any of these steps, but that's how
it should unfold):
boot into recovery image from sdcard you made at the beginning.
Upload the backup boot image there (adb push mmcblk0p4 /tmp)
then do adb shell and in there write the image in place:
dd if=/tmp/mmcblk0p4 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p4 bs=1048576
then do:
mount /bootdata ; rm /bootdata/BootCnt
The removal of BootCnt will tell stock u-boot to force factory restore.
now remove sdcard and reboot, the Nook will do factory restore and you are
back to some sort of early 2.0.0 B&N release.
不过看不懂。。。
是不是需要装adb？
有没有人能给我解释一下呀。。。
我现在有cwm的sd启动卡
备份的img也在sd卡里面
然后怎么办？

sure you can. coauthor is fine, you just don't have to mention you are not
the first author.

Have you sign contract with him/her? If no contract, just write a polite
email.
If you already signed a contract, check the expiration date, and give him/
her a call to check whether you can terminate contract early.
Usually agent will understand even he/she may be disappointed.

启动，进入CWM menu（应该是按住n），选择recovery，然后选择出厂设置（factory
setting/restore?）如果是sd卡root，应该也是一样。

自问自答
For those wanting to revert to the full HD/HDplus 2.0.0 ROM, I put together
another 2 zips that would take the user back to 2.0.0 stock with root and
hopefully having updates blocked permanently. Download the modified B&N 2.0.
0 factory zip for HD here and for HDplus here. They are quite large (~350MB)
so it may take a while.
To install the full 2.0.0 rooted ROM, boot to the CWM and go to "mounts and
storage" and format /data. Your internal media files will remain intact.
Then go to "Install zip from SD" and select the zip for your device and
flash it. Do not flash the gapps zip yet. Remove the CWM SD and boot.
Complete the registration (you can skip OOBE if you like). It will NOT
update to another new version. The version shown on the settings screen will
show as 4.0.4, even though the real version is 2.0.0.

千万不要这样做.
AGENT带你看过房子,他/她就有权拿COMMISSION.如果你换了AGENT, 他/她从SELLER那里
拿不到COMMISSION(因为新AGENT拿了), 他/她会起诉你,让你支付他/她应地的
COMMISSION.所以但我们和客户会面时,都要问客户有没有过AGENT,避免给客户增加不必
要的麻烦.

多谢了，各位LA老大。和同事老兄去三和，发现楼上有过桥米线，顺便弄了几盒夫妻肺
片。有点辣，不过老外们评价还可以，一会儿就拿光了，好象我搞少了，下次找个更辣
的，多整点，把他们皮糙肉厚的味觉器官给打通。
