昨天晚上申请的，也是要求打一个800电话，可能是太晚了，接通以后CSR直接说不能处
理等明天吧。。今天早上又打了一次，直接水过，给了1万6。上次申CITI的卡还要求从
别的卡挪一些CL过来才给通过的。

上网查，说不定已经批了。我的就是这样，电话叫我等7~10天，晚上一看approved
