一般是在什么情况下做refinance？有什么好处？（只知道以后monthly payment少点？）
与以前的利率比，低多少百分点（或千分点）做refinance比较划算？
一般要什么手续？是不是又要把老底查翻？

新买的Nexus 4，升级到4.3，skype video call 的时候5-10分钟机器就会重起。有人
遇到同样的问题吗？家里有个Asus Pad 是Android 4.2，用skype完全没问题。

现在利率是比以前做LOAN的要低，但是低多少，银行才给做REFINANCE呢？
银行做refinance得到的利息少了，为什么还做呢？

I have no problem when I use WeChat. Looks more like a Skype & 4.3
compatibility issue. My Sky version is 4.0.0.22082.

你只要想做，银行就给你做，跟利率无关。利率低了，你不是还重新算30年吗，之前的
利息算白交。银行比咱们机灵，不划算的产品绝对不去推销，你不用操心。
还是不明白。现在利率是比以前做LOAN的要低，但是低多少，银行才给做REFINANCE呢

更大。
想象如果现在的loan有很高的pre-pay penalty，那么银行绝对是希望维持高利息的。

那去年的浪费了，可惜。去年出去玩，临时买的southwest的票，很贵，后来改成稍微
便宜的票，southwest还不还钱，直接把真钱变成了credit，一年有效
