EB2 PD: 05/11/2010
EB2-EB3 I-485 concurrent filing RD: 02/28/2014.
降级后EB3 receipt上PD被USCIS错写成04/25/2011. I-485 receipt上错写成 EB2
category.从2014年12月开始做了5次SR，联系了两个议员，两次infopass，要求USCIS
将以上两个错误改过来。一直无果。
今天突然收到几个USCIS回复，同意I-485将按EB3处理，但没有理会我的将EB2 PD（05/
11/2010）transfer 到EB3 的要求。这样我的EB3 PD：4/25/2011）下个月就不current
了。
我该怎么办？难道要求USCIS 从EB3 转回EB2？
USCIS 回复之一：
The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request regarding your pending Form I-485,
application to adjust status. You indicated that the wrong employment- based
preference category is shown on your Form I-485 receipt notice.
Additionally, you requested that we process your Form I-485, based on the
employment- based third preference (EB3) category, and not the second
preference (EB2) category.
We will note your pending Form I-485 case file of the proper preference code
, to ensure it is processed appropriately.

application to be processed based on your approved petition, Form I-140
third preference category (EB3), and not the employment-based second

Your case is currently in line for processing. Unfortunately, we are unable
to provide you with a definitive timeframe at this point. USCIS will notify
you if any further information is needed from you or when a decision has
been made.
