请问什么是disclosure contingency? 上星期做了inspection, 查出些问题。还有所有
纱窗门都不smooth，且不少是破很多。我周六写email请agent让seller修inspection
report主要部分，agent都没回答我。
今天agent来email让我明天见面remove inspection and disclosure contingency. 请
问什么是disclosure contingency? 能就这么remove两个contingency吗？上次agent说
seller想让我们remove inspection contingency，我没答应。

对比IP5, 仔细看了看感应器：
现在新的5S 换了加速器供应商，用 Bosch Sensortech的零件，原来用的是STMicro。
STMicro的偏差大概是 +/- 20mg左右，Bosch的偏差在 +/- 95mg 左右，几乎相差5倍，
这也是为什么新的 iPhone 5s总是偏差5~6°左右。
感谢苹果想出这个妙招，使得奸商无法用翻新机骗客户；如果你的手机偏差5°、6°，
这说明你买的正品新货。

这个纱窗门能有几个钱？合同上写几天remove inspection contingency? 我觉得要他
们修不如要钱。

合同上没写,只写了loan contingency remove的时间。我agent都没向seller提出
inspection either修 or 要钱。明天问问她。大概什么都拿不到。

你错啦！估计奸商本来用的就是这个次品，他们现在都乐疯了，本来是当次品iphone 5
卖的，现在都可以当正品5s卖了。

seller如果明知房子有重大缺陷，但是不告诉你们，你们今后可以告他。
所以在offer被接受之后，seller会给你们发一份disclosure，列出他所知道的问题，
用以免责。
你们如果已经收到这份disclosure，又没有什么意见，就可以remove contigency了。。
