上周还没有问题，今天先去机器充，步骤不变，到最后刷完灰香草，输完pin以后，屏
幕显示authorization in process,然后就说card not accepted,我看屏幕显示的
reason是：debit-not-available，换一张卡，一样的问题。
于是到money center找小二，第一次刷完灰香草以后，等了一会儿进入了signature的
界面，证实系统已经更新了，于是重来，刷完灰香草后，用cancel大法，看到了选
payment的界面，选了“atm/dbt",然后就可以输Pin了，输完了之后，小二在那边点了
个button，结果最后就显示decline了。我先开始担心小二点的不是debit,又跟小二说
了一下，要点debit，又来了一遍，这回我觉得小二应该点的是debit了（我看不到他那
边的电脑屏幕），结果一样。小二显得有些不耐烦了，后面还有好几个人排队，于是就
作罢了。
打了灰香草后面的877电话，确认了两张卡都是激活了的，ready to use,每张卡里面是
500.
这个debit-not-available的问题是暂时的，还是说以后就不能用灰香草了，要买gc，
也只能买普通的手续费是5.95的visa gc了，任何香草都不行了？

<100 for Vanilla at WM.
I've not loaded for almost 2 weeks and still have $2000 BB limit yet saved
for my 3rd citi AA exe (not received yet). Looks like I'll only buy US bank
VGC from now on. It's too tedious to load $99 each time. (I didn't even
bother to load Staple $200 VGC before)

This is at both registers and the Money Center Express (MCE, kiosk, Kate,
ATM). WM appears to have instituted a strict less than $100 transaction
limit on affected cards. Metabank and US Bank cards reported working as
before.
Current workaround to unload Vanilla cards: the MCE "spazzes" and says "card not accepted" upon swiping, you need to
wait a couple minutes to retry or use another card."

这个是vanilla对WM的规定还是 systemwide的？
如果是前者好像还可以去超市买MO

机器hard code了。debit not available。小二问你是不是用gift card冲。然后就没
然后了。。。貌似在我冲之前很多人有问题，小二都熟透了。

看样子Vanilla visa是完蛋了。我周二晚上刚刚把手上的2K给unload了。还准备今天再
去弄两张呢。

只是灰香草不给搞了，Metabank Visa GC至少今天还可以。不过我发现这种GC也越来越
难买了。

问一个相关的问题：
三大药店卖的Visa gift card基本都是OV或者Vanilla的；Kroger卖的是US Bank的；
Staples卖最大面值200刀的Metabank VGC，哪家店有500刀的Metabank VGC卖？
PS：官网有1000刀的VGC卖，但据说很费劲

will flood to metabank and us bank VGC and kill them soon. remember early
April when white vanilla died, you suddenly saw people new to the walmart
loading had a thick stack of OV to load? These people now will flood to
Kroger and Safeway to buy out all $500 VGCs
