请问有谁知道PD到了，但因为“Based on the information you provided, your
priority date does not appear to be current. Please refer to visa bulletin
published monthly by US dept of state, bureau of consular affairs to
determine the availability of immigrant visa numbers in your immigration
category. when your priority date is earlier than the correlating cut-off
date listed in the current visa bulletin, you will be eligible to submit
your I-485 application" 被拒么？

谢谢，看来是我们自己的问题了。我们的PD 2015 MAY 才到。但4／30 USCIS就收到我
们的申请了。是因为这个是么？

你算幸运的，因为USCIS这么早就拒了你。在文学城上看到一个例子，那位犯了同样的
错误，但申请是一年以后才被拒的。悲剧的是，那位已经用ead换了工作。

eb2, 自己file的。不好意思，对绿卡不了解，看排期到了，没看月份， 就填了表体检
拿到就提交了。
