请问这个靠近房子的树会毁坏房子的地基吗？房子是在湾区。
听朋友说这种树要请专业的公司挪，不然没处理好，残余的树根腐烂会引来白蚁。
不知道这棵树有必要处理不？价格大概是多少。 谢谢大家的解答。

现在有2个选择，我的gardener 说可以帮我砍掉，大概收费200刀，但是他的砍就只是
砍掉。不知道如果只是砍掉，残余的树根会不会引来白蚁。
如果请专业公司砍掉并清树根，费用大概多少比较合理？

usually for most of the trees the projection of the crown (branches and
leaves) is the root system range. from the picuture posted above, this is
only about 1 foot away from the house foundation, which is really too close.
I feel a need to cut and grind the root if you plan to live in this house
for years down the road.
The grinding only goes down about one foot or so, then you still have left
over roots staying in the ground. Termite doesn't take all type of the wood
chips, go online and check if your tree is a termite favorite or ask the
local service guy for assistance.

cutting cost of this tree won't takes too much, even you can do it with a
chainsaw, I did some by myself but make sure you have experienced friends
around to help if you have never done it before.
The grinding, however, takes more than 200 bucks for each stump, and the
professional guys will do a better job. you can also check the local home
depot for renting price

白蚁主要是树根，因为他们主要在地下生活，条件是： 潮湿，温度和木头。要连树根
一起挖掉。

这个不是橡树。橡树也不是就完全不能砍。这树不大，离房子又这么近，应该可以砍了。
