detached PUD和condo是不一样的呀。PF早就不要condo了，但是PUD，就算是attached
都是可以的。

PUD 是可以的, 您的agent应该知道自己的lender要什么.

很misleading的题目。PUD跟condo根本就是不同范畴的概念。condo不给做。但PUD不一
定是condo，不是condo的PUD还是可以做的。

Again, It is possible just another excuse for PF to make some positive cash
flow.
Appraisal fee is such a stable income for them, I suspect that it is their
major income.
I know some agent probably would say appraisal company is "independent" of
PF.... Only God knows.
