请教大家一般是不是必须买lender's insurance??
另外大家也买Owner's titile insurance 吗？？
另外偶的Closing fee里有Survey一项$1400
但是可以自己找公司做，大家一般是找自己的律师吗？
我的Closing cost里有Transfer tax这又是什么意思？？

lender insurance是一定要买的, 不然lender不借你钱.
owner insurance最好买, 不然真title出了问题, 会因小失大.

只要有贷款，就必须买。
这个是为自己买的，只需要在purchase的时候买一次就可以了，如果没买，在以后做
refi的时候也要添钱做个啥才能refi成。
所有purchase都会要求做survey的，因为lender要确切了解抵押物的状态。不同州要求
不同，一般来说purchase，大部分buyer都还是会请律师的。如果seller有旧的survey
，可以不做新的，只要seller签个没有任何变动的文件就可以了。比做新survey便宜很
多。
各州规定不同，如果有的话，就是LZ所在州要求付transfer tax。

click link from united.com after search for ticket, but it was true that
link did not mentioned $50 credit. I was also aware of a the explorecard.
com link with same offer (before old yudeli provided another + $50 credit
link), but I clicked the united.com link to apply.
So I guess it's the same situation that some AA platinum links will give you
$100 credits, some will give 2 admiral club cards,.. but ONLY if you click
the link associated with that offer. Otherwise, citi won't match.

seems that you will get it if you were through the right link.
the newest ad link for 50K without $50
however, we got it after asking chase because we applied 2 months ago
through the original link.
just my 2 cents. hope this helps
