上周四二面结束，这周一HR lead （简称A)打电话过来说，考试通过（有个2小时的逻
辑+技术题，非EE，CS，ME专业，是Regulatory方向的）
周二A打电话来说，positive+good；给我谈了一个薪资标准。我也对此提出了我的想法
。但是并没有说是口头offer，要跟另外一个HR+HM商量一下。。说周四（今天）或者明
天跟我联系。。。
想问一下大家，这个算是pre-offer么？

买给老人家用的，可以刚装了几个app，开始用没多久就慢的有点难以忍受
感觉屏幕反应不敏感，经常要很大力按才反应到，系统也很慢
知道这个板子不好，但本来想给老人用要求也不高，但系统真的这么不争气吗？

1.把没用的samsung app禁用
2.把没用的google app禁用
3.开发模式，把特效关闭
4.google setting里面location report和history关闭
5.换成nova launcher，setting里面feel like选成fast than light
6.别用国内appstore，尽量少用国产app
我朋友也买了两个tab3，设置好以后也差不了太多，不过比n7一代比还是差了点

我问A了，他说这个不是口头offer。
他给了我一个他们的salary预计range（很奇怪给range，那正常的人都会选range
upper啊），我提了一下我的salary期待值，但是说也考虑other possibilities; 想拿
到offer再说别的。

I believe it is 99% an offer. They wouldn't bother talking to you otherwise.
I got my first offer in the same way.
It is actually good that they gave you a range, normally people will be
asked for a desirable range, which is always tricky to give.

It's mostly an offer.
But I would keep looking for other potential employers, until I have an
offer in hand. Even keep looking if the offer is not satisfactory.
Another thing is, I would not tell them my expected salary range, if I don't
have an offer yet. I would just say "I'm negotiable" to get an offer first.
If I have only one offer, however, there is not much to negotiate, since
there are no other offers to compare to. If I got two offers, I can
negotiate. Again, keep looking.
Salary negotiation is a delicate matter. Asking for too much would harm
future
promotion or lead to be the 1st ones being laid off. Again, keep looking.
