(1) 用什么卡充值划算：目前能想到最好的是SPG，然后是返2%的各种卡，最后是AA，
freedom，UA，CSP之类的能攒里程的对吧？以上提到的几种卡用来冲红鸟都安全么？
(2) bill pay付房租：地址写自己地址，payee填房东，payee账户不填。会寄支票给自
己，拿到后交给房东，是这么操作对吧？
(3) bill pay信用卡：pay自己冲红鸟的信用卡；pay自己不冲红鸟的信用卡；两个人互
相pay对方冲红鸟的信用卡，这几种哪种更好一点？有没有特定某个银行或某种卡不能
pay的？
(4) 还有啥要注意的么？比如说每个月不要冲满5000，留一点余额？

包子已发。
1 fia的话不也是AMEX么，chase比较敏感要慎用的话，也就是说只能用citi的double
cash和AA了？
3 我的理解pay自己冲红鸟的信用卡似乎也不是很好啊？另外为啥不能bill pay别人的
信用卡？那用bill pay到个人邮寄check的方式两个人互相pay是不是好点？

fia不是amex发行的，关卡不涉及amex自家其他的卡
红鸟post出来是target消费，问题不大。最保险还是买买vgc，曲线救国

2 可以
3 给自己随便付，给别人付注意点
4 nobody cares
amex当然知道你在干什么，不care懒得关你。别自己吓自己了。

你家里的电脑opt out了单位的电脑还是opt in。你把单位的又opt了，家里的过几天
cookie过期又opt In。又过了几天单位windows upgrade,完了又opt in.
后来你新买了一台mac，又默认opt in。

他起码应该在服务器端给一个opt out的记录，opt out per account, not per
browser/computer。
