我装了google hangout后可以用它打电话，但接不了电话。所有的来电都直接转到我手
机上了，而不是hangout app里。
我试着在google网站上找帮助，发现他有这么一段话
Launch the iOS Hangouts app.
Choose the gear icon for “Settings” in the upper lefthand corner.
Touch the button under Incoming phone calls to choose Hangouts as the
incoming phone for calls made to your Google Voice number.
This setting is for each device you have, not each account. Hangouts will be
the automatic setting for calls to the app on iPads and iPod touches, but
it will be off for iPhones.
我的app里找不到"Incoming Phone Calls"这个选项。而且这段英文最后一句是不是暗
