放心吧，已经放出的mortgage（以及实际对应的房产）是银行的资产，就算是破产清算
，也是讨论这部分资产怎么分。债主死了，债主的继承人还是要来像你收债的。

嗯，那就搞复杂一点，美国这里注册一个信贷公司非常容易，那就注册几个作为贷房甚
至次级贷之用，然后开始购房，疯狂放贷，并向银行借款。等到一定程度，将房屋低价
变卖，后这几家信贷公司来个瞬间人间蒸发，携所有房贷单据潜逃中国。
过程周折一些，但仍有钻空子的可能。

结果呢，
卖房子的钱，你能拿到吗？
不会被银行截走？！
你拿单据回国，
还有什么用呢？

可能是提上去的，但没具体也，也可能刚进去就是gm，但手下没人。

接盘的那个银行，会清算债务，然后如果入不敷出的话，人家存在里面的钱就没有了
然后为了还这笔钱，接盘银行会很积极的收所有的债

很少有银行直接放款的吧，就连BOA， WELLSFARGO， CITI这些都是二道贩子
真正放款的一般不都是fanny mae和freddie mac吗

这履历从上学开始真是一路闪亮，形象也很好很硬朗，长得像黄立行，但比黄更有气质

Google PM升得很快的，即使是现在还有人3，4年就从fresh PhD升到senior staff或者
director的，更别说当年了。
