我在MACYS网上买了两件衣服，大约60刀。通过UPS寄过来，昨天网上TRACK说是今天会
寄到，今天到家门口没看到，问了楼下也说没有收到包裹。上UPS网站上说是今天下午1
点半的时候已经DELIVERED FRONT DOOR。
我现在该怎么办？在MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE那里EMAIL了CLAIM。刚在UPS上注册了账
户，打算明天也FILE CLAIM，因为UPS要等到第二天才能FILE。
我想请问的是，后续该如何FOLLOW UP？钱还能不能拿回来？一般多久可以拿回来？还
有一点，如果MACYS或者UPS要我证明我真的没有收到包裹，而不是收到了反过来骗钱，
我该怎么办啊？
不知道发在这个版上合不合试，但是版上网购达人多，一定有些也遇到过我这种情况，
所以请各位MM帮帮忙了，先谢啦！

I was checking my AT/T account this morning and the monthly bill this month
is $295 for three lines because my daughter is doing some travel in Europe.
I am very upset indeed. This is a company that is capitalist at its worst.
I have already switched one line to T-Mobile and will switch all line over
as soon as possible.

Macys probably will mail you again and refund if sold out. Don't worry. It

T-mobile now provides free international roaming while AT/T kills you for
any slight over the data limit use.

u already know international roaming is expensive, why not switch to tmobile
before your daughter's travel or buy some international package for her.

喊口号没有问题，只要把问题讲清楚就行。接下来全文一共三句话，第一句，上月收到
一张将近三百刀的账单；第二句，女儿上月去了一次欧洲；第三句，I am very upset,
ATT is the worst company。
尼玛这都哪和哪啊，三句话之间没任何逻辑联系，没一句支持你的论点。你女儿就算不
去欧洲，在家瞎打电话瞎上网，账单超过500也没啥值得惊讶的。你要说ATT黑没问题，
你女儿在欧洲用了多少，在欧洲上了多少网打了多少电话ATT黑了你多少漫游费总得交
代一下吧，你们其他俩人当月用了多少总得讲讲吧，你们家用啥Plan总得讲讲吧。这表
达能力，放10岁小孩作文都不及格啊。

We already added international plan. AT/T charged us $24 additional fee for
slightly going over the data limit (120kb, that is).
I am glad T-Mobile even exists and offers much more reasonable rates. Even
though AT/T has behaved better later under pressure from T-Mobile, I will
refuse to do business with AT/T as much as possible. Let us all support T-
Mobile so that consumers have a choice and have a voice. This call to action
is what this post is about.

The AT/T monopoly and abuse have been well documented on this forum and
other places. I am just adding another voice from another customer. Note
that not everybody can afford your kind of energy and time on a forum post.

是有很多人抱怨ATT的黑，这版上都知道，这版上很多人连T Mobile都不用，都是用
PrePay没Contract的。ATT也根本不是Monopoly，不但有网络覆盖更好的Verizon，还有
Sprint，T Mobile和一堆小的运营商竞争，连Duopoly都算不上。
你上来没头没脑吼一嗓子，下面跟着几句连7岁小孩都不如的一堆前言不搭后语的“论
述”，除了暴露你表达能力差，思维水平低以外，没任何意义。你才是浪费自己的时间
，也浪费大家的时间。你攻击别人浪费时间不是打自己嘴巴？哈哈

att国际就是黑没办法。加个30刀的voice plan, 只能打15分钟。短信数据也都贵的
离谱。最近要回国算了一下按照现在的用法一个月一千刀都打不住
这方面tmobile就好多了。估计att用户里面 international traveller除了报销不差钱
的其他人声音太小。如果有年初要挟跳tmobile的那个架势，半个月之内att就会出对
策了。
建议楼主去slickdeals发帖说国际漫游太贵给att打电话要求跳tmobile att送了500
credit... sd effect will rock

对啊，这里很多人都用 prepaid。事实上不光是这里，整个美国越来越多的人用
prepaid(no tax, no other hidden fees). 最主要还是要看你自己使用电话的情况。

回国为什么不用中国的电话卡呢？我就是用verizon 的电话用的中国的电话长。

AT&T不给解锁而且联系美国不方便
相比ATT tmobile的数据短信免费电话20c/min 太强大了

Don't want to be mean, but you should be upset with your daughter instead of
ATT. And maybe yourself for not warning your daughter about the expensive
international roaming fee. $300 is not bad at all given the situation. Just
get a lesson and move on.
