如果你 用其他设备在Target要上WiFi， 你要到他的网页都他的协议， 然后点“我同
意”就上了。
Wp8.1直接就上了， 就跟你家里的WiFi一样。

上公共网络都可以自动连上。
家里的网络密码，你也可以选择share给电话的联系人，他们到你家直接就可以上网，
就相当于帮你自动开通guest 网络。
挺好用的，不过我很少用wifi，所以对我用处不太大。

需要密码的也要手动开ie跳到她的首页才能用。不知道怎么回事。

你这个挺正常。用户协议一般是要强制你看一下的。

wp8是这样的， wp8.1不需要了， 至少target 不需要。

Wp8.1把同意协议这一部免了。这对有手机信号并且有Data plan的人来说可能不觉的，
但是如果没有手机信号， 比如很多Mall里， 很多Target店， 还有TMOBILE， sprint
等铺盖差的， 自动脸上WiFi还是很有用的。
总之， 要肯定创新， 虽然这个创新坚持不了多久Android和Ios上可能就会有。

不觉得这是什么人性化的功能，应该算是马屁拍到马蹄子上了。虽然让用户方便一点点
，但是带来了不小的法律风险（对于target来说）。
那些个协议的存在自然有他的道理，用户手动点了的话，target可以避免很多风险。如
果WP自动给skip的话，表明用户并没有看过协议，也没有同意协议（就算WP后台给自动
click "Agree"）。一旦target网络给用户带来什么麻烦，那用户就可以去找target的
麻烦了。
如果店家（比如target)知道WP有这种功能的话，一定会想办法跳过这种功能的。
，但是带来了不小的法律风险（对于target来说）。
那些个协议的存在自然有他的道理，用户手动点了的话，target可以避免很多风险。如
果WP自动给skip的话，表明用户并没有看过协议，也没有同意协议（就算WP后台给自动
click "Agree"）。一旦target网络给用户带来什么麻烦，那用户就可以去找target的
麻烦了。
