I need to join a AT&T or T-mobile family plan without contract. Need at
least 500 minutes per month, and would love to share the cost. I have my own GSM phone.
If you have a family plan that you don't use all the minutes, then AT&T will allow you to add a number for $10 per month. I'll share the cost of the plan ($25-$40/month depends on what I get). I don't have a number to transfer, so any new number will work. I'll need the flexibility to get off the plan.

好用吗？是不是到Att 买张prepaid 卡就可以打电话发短信，有wifi 时可以上网？小

FP is not flexible. When you add a new line, AT&T will ask you to sign a new
two year contract. And the cancellation fee is the same if you need to drop
the extra line within two years.
I think it's better to consider prepaid phones.

你可以乱打几千分钟的电话，最后倒霉的还是给你share plan的人
如果跟你share的人不是弱智，就应当问你要押金
