invoice就是买东西的receipt，你买ipad肯定有recept吧
proof of delivery让收货的神医给你几个寄到他家的fedex/ups tracking就可以

没事,就说借钱,其他INVOICE啥的没有,没事打个电话问问处理得如何,遇到不合理的地
方要理直气壮的

PP的确有不合理的地方啊,比如那个bankstatement,一定要银行寄的,不认online的.我
的银行明确
表示即使寄,也是银行从网上打印的,和我自己打印的一摸一样,不带完整帐号,只有
member number,
银行亲自在电话会议上给PP证明了的,所以我只是据理力争,最后PP马上解冻了,而且说
会给
SUPERVISOR建议在网页上明确说明statement 要纸的,而不是等你上传了online的后再
BAN你.
