最近帮同事看电脑，她的是win8，说QQ总是有问题，刚开机，QQ可以视频语音聊天，过
一会就不行了，只好重启，过一会就又不行了。
我看了看，win8启动之后，skype默认启动登陆，然后就会绑定摄像头和麦克，QQ不能
语音或者视频，需要去掉skype里的privacy设置，才可以视频，但是语音聊天有时还是
不行。
必须把skype log out之后，QQ才能正常使用，我的电脑，在win7下，skype，QQ同时开
着，没有任何问题，这个到底是skype，还是win8的问题，还不太清楚，不知道大家有
没有这样的问题。

没这个问题。skype，qq，hangout都在用。
不过最近的qq是不太稳定，有时候好，有时候容易断。

多找几家broker / lender问问看吧，有些lender是可以做485Pending的。

Most likely you will have the problem to get the loan. EAD is not your visa
but just working permit and most of the lenders will not take it. So far we
only have one loan with such situation to get approved by lender with
exception.
Try to check retail banks. I heard they even offer mortgage for F1.
