大家遇到过吗？就是发短信发不出去，显示cant send.问att小二，告诉我说需要把
data打开，结果试了一下，真行了。可我还是不理解为啥必须要开data。

不需要打开也能发的飘过

是彩信吧？普通短信当然不用开数据就能发

我的有时候就发不出去，显示 cant send

是短信，有时候就发不出去，显示 cant send

我没有dataplan，发短信没问题啊

This happens to me once in a while. Not too frequently, say once for every
30 messages. I guess it is juts network overloaded sometimes.

我去ms问了一下，小二说会有这个问题，说是信号问题。
关键问题是有时候给人发短信的时候会很郁闷，影响双方交流。你试过群发短信么？我
群发基本不能work。

But the phone always tells you that sending message was not successful so
that you know it. It is of course an inconvenience. But this is not a
Windows phone problem, I suppose.
No, I do not have many (if any) friends. So I never need "group texting".

群发也没有问题，而且群发一般上微信
