大家都是用哪个title查的prevailing wage？我查http://www.flcdatacenter.com/里头没有research associate，没有researcher，更没有叫做postdoc。而那些叫做什么什么ist的，比如psychologist, physicist之类的职位，工资挺高，看起来像是学校faculty级别甚至公司里头职位的工资。请问一般都是用什么title来file H1B的呢。

因为铺实木的不值当。俺不清楚板上什么风向。但是俺的经验烂米好过实木。尤其是
50w以下的房子。
桌子是可以带走的，而且俺喜欢黑褐色的调调

能卖出一半价格就不错了。。。。。
你给buyer3个选择，1. 给你水泥地 原价，2. 收你实木地板的全价，给你我喜欢的是
木颜色，你自己去refinish。3. 给你实木的半价，你自己去refinish or use it

其实你这个桌子如果resale连1/3都卖不上的，最划算的是自己用个二三十年

而且你要不卖，搬家的时候是个大麻烦。自己搬，累死；搬家公司搬，基本很难保证不
