什么和什么啊？couple therapy是指marriage consultation啊。

i heard it is useless, only for $$.
if you two are trying to solve problem, no need anyone, but one of you
doesnot want to cooperate, even you found one, still helpless.

为什麽很多国人对psychology和psychiatry有这么多误解呢？
和所有therapy一样，好的couple therapist会帮你和你的LG/LP
找到婚姻中问题的根源，然后逐渐解决这些问题。很多时候，问题的
根源在于沟通，大部分人在therapy过后才发觉自己的沟通上有什麽误
区。
婚姻中有问题，往往当事人对于事情的处理和看法都是很情绪化。往往
旁观者清，但婚姻有问题最怕过分热心却无丝毫职业训练的旁观者-
比如说朋友或父母。 therapist不能开药，所以在治疗过程中
都是以思维上(cognitive)或行为上（behavioral）着手。 therapy
应该是每个都有的health care一部分。
所以婚姻有问题的朋友，在自己处理、父母哥们朋友乱出主意的时候，应该
认真的考虑利用couple therapy。
