情况有点复杂，希望大家能建议一下。
我的i-140 刚得到批准，还没收到正式的notice 。6年的h1b月底会过期，因为没有想
到i－140 会批，在4月file了cos to h4 and h4 ead, 但现在还是pending。现在的问
题是公司的律师会马上file h1b extension，但我需要现在马上withdraw我的cos h4
吗？还是等律师file了h1b, approve 后，再withdraw呢？律师不太靠谱，所以我不太
想现在withdraw我的h4 cos。
我还想问如果律师file了h1b extension，但没有在h1b 过期前得到批准，240 days
rule 适用于我可以继续工作吗？

H1B递交后就可以withdraw H4了，律师不靠谱你的第一个H1咋来的？还真没听说谁H1B
Extension被拒的...
H1B都批了哪来的240 days rule？

Thanks for all the inputs. The attorney wants to use regular process, and
she says 240 days rule applies while h1b extension is pending. But based on
my situation, the best solutionis to pay fee to premium process and get h1b
approved, then withdraw h4 cos.

最好在PP之前withdraw H4，因为有一定概率会同时处理，而且万一倒霉先批H1再批H4
，你还得再折腾一次H1
