波士顿三所知名高中2015届毕业班第一名皆为出生于中国的华裔学生。他们分别是毕业
于查尔斯镇高中(Charlestown High School)的李玉姿、波士顿拉丁学校(Boston Latin
Academy)的刘剑杰和昆士高中(Josiah Quincy Upper School)的李云晖。
李玉姿、刘剑杰和李云晖，将分别前往波士顿大学、塔芙茨大学和东北大学[微博]就读
。三人对即将进入高中的新生提供建议：“多参加体育和志愿者活动”，“最重要的是
努力”，以及“成功靠的是自我支持和寻求他人的指点”。

Just got email saying "Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production". This is
for wife's green card. Mine is approved in April.
PD:12/2011
RD:05/2015
RFE:05/2016
When visa is available this month, I did a service request online for "why
it take longer than the processing time" on Oct.05. The request was assigned
to an officer for response on Oct.13. Today the case is approved.
So I think the SR online did work. For myself, I did the same in March, and
got approved in April.

貌似可以告他，当然是无法告成功的，一般contract上往往对卖方退出往往没有限制，
但是每个上告的case都是要法院处理的，然后你就拖，拖个半年什么的，在法院判决前
卖主无法出售，只能烂在手里。有些卖主就被吓倒了，然后卖给你，

没办法。。。。。。买卖自由，在close之前什么都是可以变的，做任何买卖都要付出
机会成本的。。。。。
而且seller没有对你造成实质、直接、必然的damage，你也没办法告他。。。。

这样有啥意思，卖家搬出去前，给你搞点事，你最后close前检查的时候还看不出来，
等着搬进去倒霉。

块啥也没看见说没就没了
